The reason I charge a sitting fee is because unlike large chains, I come to YOU. I will meet you at your home or on location in a park or urban area. I bring my equipment. I bring a camera that I know how to use in its fullest ability and not just because I am clicking the shutter. I will get down in the dirt if it means getting the perfect angle. I have and will do extremely silly things in public just to get your child to engage and laugh at me. I don’t mind if your child needs a break to catch a breather or get a diaper change or to have a feeding. I’ll be as creative as the surroundings allow us to be. I want to be different. I will spend up to two hours with your family getting as many natural shots as I can.

After we complete our session I will come home and upload your images to my computer. I’ll go through each one finding the best shots and then start the editing process. The photos are individually edited in my Photoshop program bringing out the colors and contrast. I also edit any unwanted blemishes. In the end of the editing process there are roughly 25 proofs to choose from.

Once the proofs are completed and saved, they are uploaded to a password-protected gallery where they are available for you and your family and friends to view for three weeks.

I hope this gives a better outlook to the prospective clients who may have questioned just what goes on after we finish our session. I have great love and passion for photography and want to make everyone feel satisfied with their investments.
